Schoolies is the official celebration for high school leavers across Australia. Beginning as a simple celebratory weekend away for Brisbane private school graduates, Schoolies is now one of the biggest events for under 18’s. The week is filled with the hottest DJ’s performing live, the biggest beach and glow parties, and luxury accommodation with amazing views – what better way is there to celebrate finishing school?

Originally set on the Gold Coast, the Schoolies weekend has evolved and expanded to destinations across Queensland and Australia, even overseas to Bali. The most popular destination remains the Gold Coast, however, Airlie Beach is fast becoming popular also.
