Booking Terms & Conditions
1. This voucher is available for purchase until 5.00pm (AEST) Sunday 15 May 2016.
2. Valid for travel from 11 May 2016 to 31 March 2017.
3. The travel period has black-out dates: 1 - 9 Jul, 17 Sep - 9 Oct & 25 Dec 2016 - 29 Jan 2017. Additional black-out dates: Junior Bunkhouse : 10 - 15 Jul, 10 - 15 Oct, 7 - 9 Nov & 15 - 16 Dec 2016. Superior Junior Bunkhouse: 12 - 16 Jun, 21 Jun, 21 Jul, 13 - 16 Oct & 9 - 20 Dec 2016. King Bunkhouse: 14 Oct 2016. Resort Family Room: 10 - 16 Oct & 25 - 27 Nov 2016. Superior Family Room: 11 - 13 May, 20 - 21 May, 11 Jun, 25 - 30 Jun, 18 - 21 Jul, 8 - 9 Aug, 10 - 16 Sep, 10 - 22 Oct, 29 Oct - 3 Nov, 7 - 13 Nov, 24 - 28 Nov, 13 - 20 Dec & 24 Dec 2016.
4. Please note: Planet Chill will be closed for maintenance 23 May - 4 Jun 2016. Alternative activities will be arranged during this time and a $40 credit will be deducted at time of departure (applicable to activities charged back to room). Not valid towards food, beverage or accommodation charges.
5. Your booking must be confirmed by 10 Jun 2016. If your booking is not confirmed you will forfeit the purchase price.

7. A voucher will be sent to you by email on confirmation of payment.
8. The voucher is valid for: 2 adults and up to 2 children in Resort Rooms & Junior Bunkhouses, 2 adults and up to 3 children in King Bunkhouses / Resort Family Rooms, 2 adults and up to 5 children in Superior Family Rooms. Children are classed as ages 0-12 years.
9. Maximum room capacity is: Resort Rooms - 2 adults & 2 children or 3 adults, Junior Bunkhouses - 2 adults & 2 children, King Bunkhouse - 2 adults & 3 children, Resort Family Room - 2 adults & 3 children or 4 adults, Superior Family Room - 2 adults & 5 children or 4 adults. Family rooms are available for bona fide families only.
10. Extra adult charge is $30 per person per night (room only).
11. Extra nights may be purchased at time of booking - please ask us for prices.
12. Maximum of two (2) vouchers may be purchased for consecutive stays.
13. Bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cancellations or amendments under ANY circumstances. We strongly recommend taking out a travel insurance policy at the point of booking.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or combined with any other form of discount or membership.
15. Please note all advertised pricing is in AUD (Australian Dollars).
16. A 2.5% booking fee applies to phone bookings only.
