The team agrees that Loose Moose in Broadbeach have an unbeatable burger and live music combo. The quality of food (and drinks) here is incredible and the central location attracts great live music.
For those looking for a family friendly environment to enjoy a great burger and live music duo, the Currumbin Sancutuary Markets have live music from 4pm every Friday.
2. Best Places to Take Teens
The best places to take teens on the Gold Coast are Currumbin Cascades for a dip something different to the spectacular beaches. Jet Ski Safaris to see the sights and get a shot of adrenelin plus many of our flash sales will include discounts to Gold Coast watersports. The newest addition to the Coast that's great for teens and adults alike is Top Golf. With a great ambience, bar, and as many golf balls as you can hit in your alloted time, this is a great activity for the whole family.
3. Best Places to Take Children
There are plenty of amazing places to take young children on the Gold Coast! Our top three lesser known places that are absolutely fabulous are Bounce in Burleigh - this spot is great to wear energised little ones out.
The Broadwater Parklands are a sprawling playground that sits opposite the beatiful Broadwater beach, and includes rockpool lagoons, giant jumping pillow, race track, and an inflatable water park!
Lastly Sea World is the best theme park for little ones (and big ones) alike as there is plenty of rides, activities and shows aimed at the younger audience.
4. Best Cocktails
The House of Brews in Surfers Paradise specialises in creative and mouthwatering cocktails, the fairy floss cocktail comes recommended by our very own Bethany.
A family friendly venue, Cowch specialises in desert cocktails and mocktails that could also double as works of art. From expresso martinis and sweet and sours to milkshakes decorated with donuts and peices of fudge to sundaes, Cowch has something for everyone - they even boast a gluten free and vegan menu!
5. Best Coffee
As our head office is located in Broadbeach we are slightly bias, but for the Discover Queensland team the best coffee on the Gold Coast is found at HAND.
